As pandemic restrictions loosen and we return to the joys of dining out, we want to assure you that we’re following CDC and local guidelines to keep our staff and guests safe. Nothing is more important than creating a safe environment for our team and guests, so we’re continuing to follow these safety protocols at all our restaurants:

Team Member Arrival
  • Each team member checks in with their manager to complete a pre-shift safety checklist
  • Any team member who is sick or shows signs of COVID exposure will not be permitted to work
  • One manager per shift is designated as our "Safety Shift Leader"
Guest Arrival
  • Guests can make reservations online at unclejulios.com/reservations
  • We have eliminated shared pagers for the waiting queue, and are instead using text messages to notify guests
  • We have designated separate entrance doors vs. exit doors where possible
  • We installed foot accessible door openers to reduce the need to touch door handles
Guest Service
  • Guests have the option of using our disposable menu, or viewing the digital menu online
  • Table tops are sanitized after every use
  • Our payment tablet is sanitized before each use
