Our adventure into Authentic Inspirations is led by Uncle Julio's own Chef Ron Vasquez, Chef Scott Lodal, and CMO Dan Wheeler. From heirloom recipes to traditional techniques—together, we'll explore Mexico's bustling streets to uncover all that goes into growing our made-from-scratch menu.
Ron Vasquez
Ron Vasquez is the Vice President of Culinary Operations and Uncle Julio’s veteran of 26 years. He continually upholds and strengthens our organization's promise of superior quality food and food safety discipline. His team makes sure every new Uncle Julio's location gets the right training to serve our signature, made-from-scratch standards right from the start.
Scott Lodal
Scott Lodal is our Director of Menu Innovation and has been a dedicated Uncle Julio's team member for 20 years. He is responsible for developing and testing the newest cooking techniques and innovative recipes. He helps our restaurants continually bring new and exciting dishes to the menu with store-level culinary and managerial training across all Uncle Julio's locations.
