How quickly will my order be processed?

Orders will be processed in our catering system instantly but will not be prepared or delivered until the event date. For Full-Service catering, which is catering that includes on-site grilling, we ask that you give us at least one week’s notice when ordering. This allows our team to adequately prepare for your event and ensure that everything runs smoothly. For the Express package, we ask for about two days’ notice to prepare your order and organize delivery and set-up.

Do I need to provide anything?

Mainly, you will just need to provide seating and tables for your guests and possibly a designated set up for the food to be served on. Each event or celebration varies depending on your specific catering needs, so just make sure you have what you need to celebrate and you’re good to go.
