Looking for where to eat fajitas? At Uncle Julio’s, we’re proud to offer our patrons an unforgettable Mexican cuisine dining experience. We’re kicking things up a notch with the introduction of our new Flaming Fajitas! We want all of our 2023 menu additions to be unique and an experience of their own – including with this new, sizzling plate that is sure to not disappoint.

What It’s All About

Our Flaming Fajitas are made with the freshest ingredients, including sizzling steak, juicy chicken and savory shrimp. All of these proteins, combined with our signature blend of spices and marinades, give this dish a flavor unlike any other. Every order of Flaming Fajitas will include a shrimp and cheese fondue, a combination of mesquite-grilled steak and chicken fajitas, and all the premium toppings you need to build flavorful fajitas.

Our fondue is made from Monterey jack and cotija cheese with mesquite-grilled shrimp mixed in. To add even more to the experience, your server will present your plate in a charring fire to keep your meal sizzling with flavor and ready to eat.

When Can You Order?

We know you just can’t wait to try this new dish out, but you’ll have to wait until January 6 to order. The Flaming Fajitas will be available starting January 6 on the weekends in the Washington D.C. area, and will be introduced to our full menu in Summer 2023. If you’re in the D.C. area, this new dish is available to try for a limited time, so make plans to come on between Friday and Sunday so you don’t miss out.. If you can’t come to us, don’t worry – we’ll be bringing this cuisine experience to you soon!

We’re making Fajitas even more special by also having Fajita Fridays starting January 6! Every Friday night you can come to enjoy our new sizzling hot dish for a discounted price. On Fajita Fridays you can purchase our $45 Fajita special, which includes fajitas for two plus your choice of churros or sopapillas. This deal gets even better when you upgrade your bundle to “Flaming” for $10 more for a serving for 2.
