Hosting a party for the Super Bowl can be a fun and exciting way to celebrate the game with friends and family, but it can also come with a lot of stress if you don’t know what kind of food to serve.

From chips and dip to hearty main courses, coming up with the perfect menu for your gathering is essential if you want to have a successful party. Thankfully, Uncle Julio’s has the perfect choices for Sunday night.

Party Catering with Uncle Julio’s

If you’re hosting a bigger party, catering is a great option to have more than enough to eat and more time on your hands to celebrate and socialize. We offer two catering package options: the Express Package and the Full-Service package. Both are great options for larger parties and will leave your guests feeling more than satisfied.

The Express Package

With the Express Package, your food will be conveniently delivered to your venue in disposable trays and arranged in an enticing buffet style, making it easy for you and your guests to enjoy dinner with minimal effort. There is a 20-person minimum for this package and includes:

• Your pick from our savory tacos, sizzling fajitas or delicious enchiladas; fresh, hot and ready to serve.
• Any additional sides of your choosing, e.g., queso dip, side salad or an extra entree, etc.
• Beverages perfect for a party (iced tea, margaritas or sodas).
• Cookies or dessert bars are sold by the dozen to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Full-Service Package

If you want more time to watch the game and host, with the Full-Service package you’ll receive everything included in the Express package, as well as a full on-site staff to handle everything — from setup to party time. Custom grills will also be provided for select menu options. For this package, there is a 30-person minimum. Food options include:

• Your choice of entree from fiesta-grilled fajitas, soft tacos or enchiladas.
• Quesadilla appetizer bar, you can choose chicken and steak or veggies.
• Any additional sides you’d like e.g., queso dip, bacon-wrapped camarones, side salad, etc.
• Beverages of your choosing: iced tea, soda, margaritas or water.
• Cookies and dessert bar trays can serve at least 25 people.

If you’re hosting a bit smaller of a gathering and don’t need 20-30 people worth of food, you may consider ordering some appetizers and entrees to-go for you and your guests to enjoy.

Nacho Appetizer Bar

Build your own nachos with 2 full pounds of homemade chips plus all the salsa, queso, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, fresh and pickled jalapenos, beans, sauteed chicken and ground beef you’ll need to serve 4-6 people.

Chips and Dip

From loaded queso filled with black beans, picadillo, jalapeno ranch, pico de gallo, guacamole and chopped cilantro to red salsa and guacamole, chips and something to dip are a perfect commercial break snack.

Honey Habanero Shrimp

Sweet and fiery mesquite-grilled jumbo shrimp stuffed with fresh habanero and crumbled queso fresco, wrapped in smoked bacon and topped with the honey chipotle glaze.

Family Meals for 4

We offer a variety of family meals with enough food for four people in each order. Each Family Meal for 4 includes your choice of entree, plus chips and salsa, your choice of guacamole or queso, and churros for dessert. And, you can transform your game night into a fun-filled night by ordering one of these special plates with margarita kits!

Fire-Grilled Street Tacos

Fire-grilled corn tortillas filled with melted cheese, roasted habanero salsa, roasted jalapeño peppers, pico de gallo, cilantro, avocado, lime crema and Mexican rice and black beans.

Quesa-Birria

A popular and new addition to the Uncle Julio’s menu, the Quesa-birria quesadilla is a mixture between savory Birria tacos and gooey quesadillas. They’re sure to be a hit at your gathering.

Yes, we do! We offer bottled beer and our traditional and swirl frozen margaritas! We also offer a margarita kit that comes with everything you need to make 10 Uncle Julio’s margaritas from the comfort of your home. Choose from our classic Julio’s margarita, strawberry or spicy.

How do I put in a to-go or catering order?

You can place both types of orders right on our website. We ask, especially in this busy time for football, for notice of at least 4 days to a week to prepare your order.
